As VP of Community and Global Development at Level Access, Elle works closely with dozens of clients each year to guide them in their accessibility goals. Pairing agile with inclusive design has proven to create a more successful and sustainable process overall for teams. Working with individuals and teams at every level of an organization, Elle teaches people how to embrace a people-first approach using both inclusive design and agile principles to radically transform their customers’ online experience. She has a passion for social justice, a love affair with emerging technologies, and a healthy fear of zombies.
